As a customer you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any service. We offer a service and therefor a refund is unlikely due to us not offering goods or products.

However, we realize that exceptional circumstance can take place with regard to the character of the service we supply.

Therefore, we can honor requests for a refund on the following reasons:

  • Non delivery of our services: Due to unforseen issues of your e-mail provider or your own mail server you might not receive a delivery e-mail from us. In this case we recommend contacting us for assistance. Should our service simply not be provided for any reason then you must make a claim. Claims for non-delivery must be submitted to our Billing department in writing within 14 days from the order placing date. Otherwise the service will be considered delivered. Claims should be sent to sales@hadleychauffeur.com
  • Major defects: Although all our services are to a very high standard and we hold an extremely high record of happy customers, unexpected errors may occur. Such issues must be reported directly. We ask that we are allowed to rectify any error quickly. If a an error is verified and we fail to correct it a refund may be issued. Please be advised, that communication must be open in order to identify and fix an issue. Failure to provide such access in a timely manner may result in a delayed resolution of the issue. Again any and all claims must be sent in writing to sales@hadleychauffeur.com.
  • Service not-as-described: such issues must be reported to us immediately. We may request clear evidence to be provided proving that the service is not as it is described. Complaints which are based merely on the customer’s false expectations or wishes  may not be honored.

Please note that we do not bear any responsibility and therefore we do not satisfy any refund/return/exchange requests based on incompatibility of our services with some third-party companies other than those we recomend. We don’t guarantee that our services are fully compatible with any third-party comapnies and we do not provide support for third-party applications.
